Baskin Robbins Crew Member : We are seeking positive and outgoing team players who are passionate about delivering superior service to our Guests. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm, explaining menu items.

Prepare and serve a variety of products, including ice cream and sundaes.

Manage and fulfill delivery orders from delivery platforms.

Operations Management:

Efficiently complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for smooth operations.

Maintain high standards of sanitation and freshness.

Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Communication and Teamwork:

Clearly communicate with team members for effective collaboration.

Convey information to customers about menu items and promotions.

Time Management and Adaptability:

Prioritize tasks for timely completion.

Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, especially during peak hours.

Problem-solving and Cash Handling:

Quickly resolve customer issues and operational challenges.
