**Finisher**
**Reports to:** Shift Supervisor
**Scope**
The Finisher is responsible for frosting, sugaring, coating and filling
varieties of donuts as outlined in the Dunkin Donuts Production and
Distribution Manual. The Finisher is responsible to finish the required
quantity of each variety and pack into baskets.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Prepare the area for finishing and packaging donut products for the
shift.
2. Fill, frost, and apply toppings per Dunkin Donuts specifications.
3. Ensure all toppings and coatings are clean and available
throughout the shift.
4. Check filling weights by variety.
5. Responsible for finishing the required quantity of each variety in a
timely manner. Record shortages, overages, and communicates
discrepancies.
6. Perform other duties as requested.
7. Completes the Finishers Checklist and ensures that all tasks are
complete.
8. Practices Clean As You Go.
9. Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform. Maintain good
personal hygiene.
10. Perform according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and
safety guidelines throughout the production shift.
11. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
1. Must be able to weigh and measure accurately.
2. Knowledge of basic math and reading (English) skills.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
