FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY : Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services.

Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS : High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.

Support of Administrative, Fiscal and / or Facilities Functions :

• Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correct
