What we’ll like about you:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experienced with Xero/QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online
• Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, frictionless client experience
• Ability to learn and implement new technology
• Ability to self-manage projects
• Excellent time management skills
• At least 3 years of experience providing tax and accounting services in a client-contact environment

What you’ll be doing:

• Working in a fun environment with cool people
• Overseeing accounting team
• Reviewing and oversight of staff/client-prepared bookkeeping
• Preparing financial statements, KPI reports, and other client deliverables
• Handling client bill pay
• Processing live-client payroll
• Managing team schedules and deadlines
• Developing and training staff
• Monitoring and analyzing firm project budgets
• Preparing corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns
• Creating tax projections and developing tax planning strategies
• Preparing sales tax returns and Forms 1099
• Assist with tax notice services correspondence
• Assisting with developing accounting processes
