Your Mission:

• Sales Excellence: Lead your team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Call Center Experience: Minimum 3 years in call center management.

• Home Remodeling Sales: 3 years of experience in this field.

• Telemarketing Management: 3 years of telemarketing management experience.

• Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and dialing systems.

• Leadership Skills: Inspire, motivate, and lead effectively.

• Conflict Resolution: Handle challenges with finesse.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
