Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is searching for a Telemarketing Phone Room Manager ! Our ideal candidate will have three or more years of management experience.

Top Pay available. Responsibilities : Train and manage all telemarketers. Supervises the daily workflow and scheduling of the telemarketing staff.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Manages discipline and corrective actions of the employees per company policy.

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls when service levels increase. Achieve weekly and monthly quotas. Ability to remain calm and respectful, when speaking with disgruntled customers or co-workers.

Assigned Duties : Collaborates with the Sales Manager to set sales goals / develop scripts for the telemarketing team. Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance.

Measures team performance; communicates goals / quotas to the team. Encourages and motivates telemarketers to help reach their goals and quotas.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills / Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great customer service skills.

Interpersonal and negotiation skills are a plus. Managerial skills are preferred but not required. Conflict resolution is a plus, but not required.

Organizational skills are a plus. Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.

Education and Experience : High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in management is preferred, but not required. Home Remodeling experience is a plus.

Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or call center environment, preferred but not required. Hours are : Monday-Friday from 10 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm.
