As a Sales Representative/Designer, you will be the face of BathWorks, meeting with homeowners and helping them realize their bathroom remodeling dreams. You will communicate the value of our products and services, guide clients through their options, and close sales. With pre-qualified leads and no cold calling required, your focus will be on selling and building relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences for bathroom remodeling projects.
  • Follow and master our 10-step selling process from the training provided, ensuring a smooth and effective sales experience for clients.
  • Manage pre-qualified leads provided by the company, focusing on converting these leads into satisfied customers.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure that customer expectations are met and projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of BathWorks products and services, including tub to shower conversions, tub and shower replacements.
  • Represent BathWorks with professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • An eye for design and a passion for helping customers create beautiful and functional bathroom spaces.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, offering tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to learn, train, and grow with the company.
  • Reliable, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using technology for presentations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions that address customer concerns.
  • Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius for appointments, with the ability to manage time effectively.
Salary And Benefits
  • Full-time position.
  • Salary range: $150,000 - $350,000 per year.
