BAUMANN Ford Oregon is seeking a Automotive Technician to join our growing team! With 8 dealerships, 9 brands & 2 collision centers throughout Northwest Ohio, don’t miss out on an opportunity to grow with us!

Job Description

  • 5 day work week
  • NO Saturdays or Sundays; our Techs make great hours without cutting into family or personal time

  • We have factory training and support to make it easy for non-dealership Techs to become more efficient and make MORE money.

Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and maintain various vehicle components.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for automotive repair tasks.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Align vehicle components to ensure proper functioning.
- Service automotive electrical systems and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Apply dealership experience and knowledge of ADAS for advanced repairs.
- Interpret schematics and perform diesel engine repairs when necessary.
- Collaborate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize welding skills for auto body repair and maintenance tasks.
