Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts, food preparation, and kitchen operations. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality meat products for our customers.

Duties:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling special requests

Experience:
- Proven experience in a meat cutting role within the food industry or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper handling techniques
- Familiarity with using knives and other cutting tools safely
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
