Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mastercam CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming CNC machines using Mastercam software, with a focus on producing high-precision aerospace components. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 • Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and turning operations. 

 • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate CNC programs. 

 • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to determine the best machining strategies and tooling. 

 • Perform simulations and tests to ensure programs meet all specifications and quality standards. 

 • Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise. 

 • Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times. 

 • Maintain detailed documentation of programming processes and revisions. 

Qualifications: 

 • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam. 

 • Strong understanding of machining processes and metalworking. 

 • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. 

 • Proficient in CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools. 

 • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

 • Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

 • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

 • Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred. 

 • Associate degree or technical certification in CNC programming or a related field is a plus.
