Baxter & Woodman is seeking an Administrative Intern. This position is responsible for supporting our Water, Construction, and Automation groups at our Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities:

• General office support for Business Support departments.
• Perform various tasks and assist with projects as they arise, being flexible to changing focuses.
• Create and modify PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents.
• Coordinate supplies for projects, company meetings, or training events.
• Organizing and working with flat files.
• Organize plans both online and hard copies.
• Assisting with projects for our Construction, Water, and Automation departments.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ongoing pursuit of a 4-year degree.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; including office procedures, filing systems, and ability to operate office equipment (computers, copiers, printers).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance (computer monitors, paper supplies, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines.
