The Cleveland manufacturing facility is a high-energy environment with little downtime. We have robust processes that ensure our employees are safe and healthy-both mentally and physically. We pride ourselves on being top of the line regarding cleanliness and safety.

You'll be offered benefits starting day 1 which consist of:

• Start up and readiness of machines and support equipment prior to production.
• Monitoring equipment & clean and set-up sub assembly and tray cleaning equipment
• Mixing solvents
• Using your Forklift license to maneuver items throughout the department in a safe efficient manner.
• Using your mechanical skills to troubleshoot machines such as changing out dies and other mechanical & electrical parts.
• Complete production release documentation associated with the operation legibly.

• Mechanical ability, and technical experience and education
• Competence to read, write, use a calculator and operate maintenance tools.
• Prior machine operating experience & the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues.
• Preferred Forklift experience a plus
• Capability to comprehend and interpret electronic documents and specifications. Computer proficient
• Your ability to be cross train in other departments.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
• Able to complete documentation legibly.
• Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Low absenteeism.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively. Ability to lift above the shoulders up to 2 pounds repetitively.

• High school diploma required. Additional technical experience, training or education a plus.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $15.60 an hour.
