Central Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary general practice located in the Bay Area. We are searching for a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team in Fremont, CA

We’re offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 - 35/hr based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits. The schedule for this position is a training schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for 8 weeks. Upon the completion of training, this would transition to a Monday - Friday from 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Performing or assisting in physical examinations

  • Adhering to hospital standards that keep pets safe, and the treatment areas, and exam rooms clean and organized

  • Recommendation of treatment plans with estimated costs

  • Client communication and education

  • Anesthesia Monitoring 

  • Carrying out tasks as requested by the Veterinarian
