Bay Area Sanitation is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Hayward, CA
Role Summary
As an outside sales representative, your goal will be to drive profitable revenue through client acquisition and upselling. You will work closely with the operations manager to develop and execute a marketing strategy for our target market. Additional responsibilities include promoting awareness of products, lead generation and seeking out additional revenue opportunities. You will be the main point of contact for many of your customers and the face of the company in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead generation through website searches, social media, and fieldwork
- Target new customers, follow up on quotes, negotiate and close deals
- Drive revenue and increase brand visibility in our market
- Product and service launches in new and existing markets
- Complete working knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 2 years of sales experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
