**Job Summary:**
Join Bay-CSS team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Anne Arundel County. We have positions available in our Residential Homes, Day Activities Center, and Personal Support areas. DSPs play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives and actively engage in their communities.
**Qualifications:**
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Prior experience in caregiving or supporting individuals with disabilities
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Must pass a background check
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals in our Residential Homes, Day Activities Center, or Personal Support with daily activities
- Aid in meal preparation, personal hygiene, and transportation
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
**Compensation:**
- $19 per hour (Monday to Friday), $20 per hour (Saturday and Sunday)
