Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Coach at Bay Path University. As a Career Coach, you will be responsible for providing job coaching, career counseling, communication, career development, and interview preparation services. This role is primarily located in Longmeadow, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in career development and interview preparation
• Knowledge of industry trends and job market
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in higher education or counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
