A fast-growing Cape Cod construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. We are looking for a leader to manage projects and mentor a team of tradesmen.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and mentor crews to ensure high quality performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain budgets.
  • Ensure equipment is working properly to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Purchase necessary materials for projects while maintaining budget.
  • Experience with performance management and conducting employee reviews.
  • Source, hire and train new tradesmen.
  • Maintain schedules stay on time.

Must be technically savvy and have strong attention to detail as well as time management.
