About The Role: 

We are seeking a passionate and caring instructor to lead classes for students aged 5-17 years. The coach is responsible for providing excellent progressionally correct gymnastics instruction in a safe and fun environment. They are expected to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and to appropriately communicate with other departments, customers, and owners. Most importantly they are responsible for following practices that promote safety, quality, and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:

• Has past experience coaching or a previous background as an athlete in Gymnastics or Tumbling
• Is caring, enthusiastic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment 
• Is comfortable being vocal and enthusiastic with students!
• Dependable, professional, responsible 
• Willing to fill Friday afternoon/evening & Saturday AM/early afternoon shifts
• Optimistic and positive approach to the role and responsibilities of school age gymnastics and tumbling instruction
• Ability to work happily and effectively with a diverse group of students and families
• Ability to influence peers and superiors in a positive way
• Superior interactive skills and experience working with children, parents and the public
