YOU MUST COMPLET OUR 75 HOUR MEDICARE PAID CLASS! TO BE ELIBILE FOR THE CLASS, YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF VIABLE WORK EXPERIENCE! THE WORK EXPEREINCE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IN THE HEALTH CARE INDUSRTY! WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE CLASS AND COMPLETE ALL ON-BORDING DOCUMENTS, YOU CAN BEGIN WORKING!Job Responsibilities for HHA:
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
