Pay: Weekly; $25-32 based on experience

- Fully PAID training to prepare you to become a nationally certified Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) (includes exam reimbursement)
- Up to 80 hours of classroom and hands-on learning to use applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients learn and grow
- Work directly with clients and follow the established service plan.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families and school staff. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of families and school staff.
- Implement behavior therapy techniques.
- Document interventions and progress towards goals
- Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan.
- Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the client acquire and maintain skills and to help meet identified goals.
- Provide training and/or support to the client in interpersonal skills, the development and maintenance of personal relationships, and in living in their community.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or the desire to pursue certification (paid for by BAYADA)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred
