Pay range (visits office): Weekly; $60 or more per productivity point, based on experience

- Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online to make sure you feel confident
- Clinical support whenever you need it around the clock
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments
- Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor the condition of the patient.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
