BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of **Clinical Manger - RN** for our NYC office located in New York City. This office provides best in class care to adult & pediatric clients throughout Manhattan, Bronx, & Kings counties.

**Your Day at a Glance as a Clinical Manager, RN:**

Lead, inspire and motivate nursing team to provide exceptional care.

Visit our adult & pediatric clients and conduct assessments in **New York City** and other surrounding areas.

Craft and oversee personalized care plans to ensure the best outcomes for out clients.

Supervise nursing staff in the field, ensuring high standards of care.

Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.

Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

**If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!**

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN preferred.

Experience or interest in Trach /Vent, Infant, or Pediatric care

Prior supervisory experience.
