- $5,000 SOB for Full-Time*
RequiredThis permanent full-time position requires availability during the day, with a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, holidays, or on-call is required. Position assignments are based on divisional need and could be in any of the following offices and their service areas (split territories):
Baltimore Visits (BV)-West County and Baltimore West Visits (BWV)-Howard County & Baltimore Visits (BV)-West County and Anne Arundel Visits (ACV)-Northern Anne Arundel CountyOffering comprehensive benefits and premium travel rates!One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. - Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
