The IS Business Project Manager is responsible for:

• Forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, project planning status and project progress reports associated with IS, Supply Chain, Facilities, Construction and Security.
• Ensures financial dashboards are up-to-date.
• Works with Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), VPs, Directors and Managers to support overall strategic planning and objectives.
• Facilitate and prepare presentations for quarterly management retreats, meetings, broadcasts, bi-monthly administrative council meetings and board presentation planning for CAO.
• Prepare and facilitate distribution of quarterly reports.
• Works regularly with Finance, Marketing and Legal in regards to projects, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 5 years - Project Management;
• Or - 5 years - Healthcare Management in related field

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Finance or IT Planning

Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Shift Hours: 8 AM- 5PM
