We provide a full range of comprehensive services for mental health and addiction issues tailored to meet the needs of children, adults and families. The Medical Support Specialist conducts face to face visits with patients and receives medical and mental health records. This role may be responsible for screening the patient for TMS, obtaining prior authorization for treatment, providing daily treatments for TMS patients and all appropriate documentation and coordination of services for the TMS program. Medical Support Specialist (Non-Certified Medical Assistant) responsibilities:
Provides support for medical providers by obtaining vitals
Assisting with treatment planning
Assisting with patient assistance program applications
Completing outcomes, patient messages and authorizations
Work closely with the medical provider assessing patients for TMS services to coordinating services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Florida Driver's License
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Education Qualifications:
Required - High School Diploma
Preferred - Associates
Required Experience:
Medical Office - 1 year
