Summary:
Support BayCare's core elements of strategic planning by providing meaningful and accurate data to promote positive changes to quality, patient safety, and professional practice. Perform an advanced level of data analysis and is responsible for creating, analyzing, validating and reporting laboratory data to key stakeholders. Works with multi-functional teams and leadership to support process improvement projects. Requires an understanding of data security and data privacy. Demonstrate a high degree of technical competence, intrapersonal skills, attention to detail, independent critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Must have the ability to create and manage meaningful, high-level dashboards. Perform other duties as assigned.

  Minimum Qualifications:
  Education:

  • HS Graduate or Equivalent GED and 5 years of data analysis experience with 2 of those years in Tableau or Power BI OR Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Sciences, Health Sciences or Informatics and 2 years Data Analysis in Tableau or Power BI.

  • Preferred Certifications: Lean Certified Practitioner. Preferred: Six Sigma - Green Belt.
