POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST AZ

DEPARTMENT: TEAM WORK MORTGAGE

LOCATION: Arizona

FLEXIBLE WORK PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CODE: Remote Work (RW), Hybrid Work (HW), & Flextime (FLT)

FUNCTION:

In coordination with the Branch Manager of Team Work Mortgage, implement sales strategies within Business-to-Business (B2B) partner channels to maximize revenue and meet sales goals. Work in alignment with Regional Managers/ Loan Officers to proactively solicit new manufactured home loan business. Continually identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of referral sources to lead to loan generation and help with monthly loan quality and production goals. Visits local Realtors, dealers, park owners and other sources, while utilizing available company coordinated marketing efforts to identify prospects to assist with sales results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Development of B2B relationships to create future sales opportunities and expand long-term growth.

2) Develop in-depth knowledge of manufactured home sales language, value proposition, resources, and services.

3) Network and expand visibility of Team Work Mortgage presence within assigned territory.

4) Conducts sales efforts to self-generate manufactured home loan activity.

5) Visits local Realtors, dealers, park owners and other sources of influence in addition to using available company coordinated marketing efforts to help facilitate Branch Manger and Loan Officer Efforts.

5) Performs other duties as requested by Management.

6) Embraces the BayCoast Bank’s commitment to Solutions by seeking and recognizing opportunities to refer new business to additional divisions of the Bank,

7) Attends business networking events and all other business development opportunities at the development officer’s discretion and as they deem necessary to effectively promote their sales efforts.

8) Maintains a current registration with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

 Excellent business acquisition and customer service skills and the ability to develop and maintain quality client relationships

 Solid time management skills including the ability to prioritize workload

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

General office equipment. Laptop, Printer, business calculator.
