Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a key member supporting scientists in conducting experiments in greenhouse, laboratory, and controlled environments. You will play a crucial role in experiment design, setup, monitoring, data collection, and ensuring compliance with USDA guidelines. Your attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will contribute to the success of our research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist scientists in experiment design, set-up, monitoring, and data collection.
- Support treatment application and plant/pathogen handling following USDA guidelines.
- Participate in daily research activities by collecting and recording data.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance of laboratory, greenhouse, or controlled environment chamber.
- Attend meetings, assist with scheduling, and provide timely communication on project updates.
- Work effectively in a team environment and independently on assigned projects.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 1-2 years of greenhouse and/or laboratory agricultural testing experience preferred.
