What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child and Family Specialist position at Bayfront Youth and Family Services?
The Child and Family Specialist will work in our Outpatient Department and provide Wraparound services to community-based at-risk families. The Child and Family Specialist will work one on one with youth in the field and teach them interventions to improve their overall behaviors and functioning. The Child and Family Specialist must possess strong documentation skills, be organized, pro-active, detail orientated and willing to be available to families 24/7. Required: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field, pass a criminal background clearance and hold a valid CA driver's license. Experience in Social Services, mental health or related field is a plus. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
