Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through utilizing their technical sales skills to understand our customers' needs and sell our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication skills. Duties:

- Utilize technical sales skills to analyze customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Use Vinsolutions CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, and their applications in the technology sales space.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (not required).
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- We have a proven sales training process for new salespeople.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
