The Big Picture
We are currently seeking a field-based Territory Manager, based out of any of these areas: Phoenix, Arizona, California or Las Vegas. This territory consists of Western USA and requires travel across this territory. In this position, the candidate will gain an in-depth knowledge of the sales, marketing, education, and the research and development of innovative medical devices. The field-based Territory Manager interacts with doctors, nurses, technical staff, and engineers to introduce new products, service, and support Baylis Medical Technologies products. The field-based Territory Manager is responsible for conducting hands-on demonstrations for interested parties, assisting the regional team in day-to-day activities that include trade show attendance, in-servicing new customers, supporting cases, identifying new business opportunities, Medical Education, etc.
The field-based Territory Manager will be required to know and understand all the clinical and technical aspects of the products. Also, the person will have to follow-up and build relationships with both new & existing customers.
The candidate will gain an in-depth knowledge of innovative Interventional radiology and Pediatric products, in addition to also learning to deal with a variety of stakeholders involved in the sales cycle.
