What We Are Looking For

This position specifically supports the mission by providing advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring clerical skills, judgment and knowledge of University policies and procedures. 

 A high school diploma, three years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith are required. An Associates degree and five years relevant experience are preferred.

Additional education may be considered in lieu of the experience requirement. 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

• Provide backup coverage for receptionist duties such as answering incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person in or outside the department.
• Provide support to Counseling Leadership for recruitment special projects and initiatives – Hotel Initiative, Baylor Club, etc. 
• Ensure set up and take down of Fudge Auditorium, Campus Visits office daily tasks, office supply inventory, and event storage space, including inventory.
• Coordinate on campus interviews for open positions including student workers.
• Perform administrative duties related to calendars and scheduling of meetings throughout the division.
• Other duties assigned by Assistant Director & work recruitment events as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
• Ability to comply with University policies.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
