Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and hospitality, providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with guest relations and provide information about the resort facilities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Experience in customer service or front desk operations
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is beneficial
- Ability to handle various guest needs with professionalism and courtesy
