We are seeking Senior Product Managers with expertise in different Skills namely Audience Management / Adtech / Coupons & Promotion to join our dynamic team in Pleasanton, CA, and Plano, TX.

1 - Senior Product Manager - Audience Management

• Develop and manage product roadmaps for customer (shopper) identity across our web sites and mobile applications, aligned to strategic goals and technical needs.
• Partner with our ad sales team, engineering and data science to produce the data requirements and build durable, privacy-compliant identity technologies.
• Analyze industry trends and industry standards, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media, driven by customer identity solutions.
• Establish metrics to track the impact of improvements in customer identity on revenue and growth targets.
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in.
• Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment.

2 - Senior Product Manager - Adtech & Media

• Develop and manage product roadmaps for user experiences of advertisers and internal ad delivery team, aligned to strategic goals and technical needs.
• Partner with our ad sales team, client success and engineering to produce the functional and UX requirements for advertiser interfaces.
• Analyze industry trends and industry standards, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in advertising technology and retail media, driven by front-end user experiences.
• Establish metrics to track the impact of user experience improvements on revenue and growth targets.
• Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in.
• Navigate and solve problems within a complex matrix environment.

3 - Senior Product Manager - Coupons & Promotion

• This role will involve collaborating with partners who source coupons and spearheading initiatives to enhance the consumer experience.
• Currently, there are eight different ideas being explored. The individual in this role will take ownership of each idea, thinking through the necessary systems and engaging with stakeholders to drive clarity. The focus will be on strategic oversight rather than heavy engineering, as we have a dedicated engineering team.
• A successful candidate should be able to navigate the integration of Order Management Systems (OMS) and loyalty programs, ensuring timelines are met.
• The role requires setting high-level, long-term goals for digital coupons, envisioning the future direction, and exploring additional opportunities for innovation.
• The individual will be responsible for building a solid product with an easy-to-use flow for coupons, ensuring a seamless experience for consumers.

4 - Senior Product Manager - Yield Management / Inventory Management

• Yield Manager aka Inventory Analyst - Analyst who is knowledgeable of how advertising works and they make changes in order of concepts to work, they'd have background in adhocs or ad mgmt., Yield Manager is standard term may be called inventory management product mgrs. Too out there.
• Yield management is prioritizing different things; this role shares some but focuses on different engagement
• Expert understanding of advertising user experiences
• Analyst who is knowledgeable of how advertising works and they make changes in order of concepts to work
• Must have background in adhocs or ad mgmt
• Yield mgmt is prioritizing different items/products
• Experience building and launching complex B2B ad platforms at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs.
• Proven ability to develop vision, strategies, and foster collaborative relationships within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with machine learning, predictive analytics and optimization is a plus.
• Analytical and wired to consume large amounts of data and insights.
