The ideal candidate will excel in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality control, and the project management team.
• Oversee and manage the project schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Prepare detailed project status reports and present them to management.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the cosmetics manufacturing industry or a related sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
