Currently, we are experiencing explosive growth and are seeking a project manager to oversee our customer's formulations and product expectations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the field of cosmetic contract manufacturing. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of various cosmetic manufacturing projects from conception to delivery. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional quality standards, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.

Project Execution:

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the manufacturing process, from formulation to packaging, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying deviations from the plan and taking corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
• Proactively manage client feedback and change requests while ensuring alignment with project objectives and limitations.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel to support project needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee quality control measures and conduct periodic audits to ensure products meet or exceed client specifications and industry regulations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and overall efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
• Generate regular reports for internal management and clients, highlighting project performance metrics and achievements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 2 years of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic product development, formulation, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, including FDA guidelines and GMP standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to handle several projects at a time.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
