Bayside Realty Partners, the Bay Area's largest private commercial real estate services company with specialization in Property Management and Leasing of healthcare properties, is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator for its San Carlos office. Our firm handles property management, leasing, and reporting services for a variety of institutional and private clients on a portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet.
This is a full-time position in our corporate headquarters based in downtown San Carlos. We offer excellent benefits, including a 401(k) plan with company matching. Candidate will Report to: Company Controller
Job Duties: Full cycle Accounts Receivable process, including:
· Monthly rent, CAM and miscellaneous billings
· Calculate CPI increases as needed
· Generate and issue monthly tenant statements
· Receive and deposit all checks for rents, other cash receipts and intercompany payments
· Post all payments through Yardi’s web based Voyager system
· Monitor aged receivables reports and follow up on delinquent rents
· Bill annual CAM and Operating Expense Reconciliations along with new Estimate billings after year-end for each property
Qualifications:
· Prior experience working in Property Management
· Prior experience with Yardi property management program preferred, but not required
· Great customer service attitude

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
