Research Analyst / Project Manager

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $97,800 - $118,600 per year

Location: Culver City, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

Our Digital Experiences and Merchandizing group is looking for a Research Analyst to support our new digital platforms, team research, and analyses in the marketplace and social commerce spaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor and evaluate customer experiences and behaviors.
• Partner with various team members and leaders to manage multiple strategies and initiatives.
• Work closely with the Analytics Team to take vast quantities of data and extract meaningful insights, build a coherent narrative for an executive audience, and tell an intelligent story.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Problem solver mindset; ready to help support the various challenges with a focus on finding the optimal solution
• Able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty and make quick, pragmatic decisions based on limited information
• Team player with the ability to work closely with XF teams to coordinate and manage projects
• Robust analytics and presentation skills.
• Excel, Tableau, and Keynote experience is desired.
• Storytelling skills and experience with an executive audience is desired.
• Able to recognize patterns and 'connect the dots'
• Strong communication skills to synthesize overall information into a summary to effectively relay the core message
• Has a curious outlook and a learner's mindset
