Senior Program Manager - Packaging, Print Strategy, and Planning

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $154,000 - $174,800 per year

Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

As a senior program manager, you will execute projects heavily involved with the Print Expert team, Print Development, Project Producer team, and external packaging cross-functional teams to define the R&D project scope, align on new print technology rollout plan, and secure project-level implementation. This role requires a senior program manager with technical print knowledge and hands-on experience implementing complex roadmaps. You will collaborate with various stakeholders on execution and work conformably in fast-paced, high-volume job environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on R&D and Initiative projects to capture project development status and build implementation strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the Print Expert team to roll out new print technology and raw materials.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and gain alignment on roadmaps.
• Regularly report at executive levels in written and verbal formats with effective presentation slides.
• Supply project visibility to cross-functional teams and internal marketing teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in consumer electronic or consumer goods packaging
• A bachelor of Science degree in Packaging and Print is preferred.
• Good understanding of various printing processes (UV printing) and post-finishing processes; having a packaging manufacturing background and raw material knowledge is a plus.
• Able to lead high-quality operations, taking complex projects from conception to completion.
• Able to traffic technical R&D and initiative project details and updates across multiple teams to prepare the program team for future implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to use project tracking methods and tools, including database and project management systems.
• Able to build effective presentation slides with data supporting different audiences, including Creative and Engineering.
• Collaborate and demonstrate a flexible approach to working across multiple teams and styles; have a good program management skillset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and handle ambiguity with grace
• Detail-oriented, simultaneously demonstrating the ability to envision a macro-view of design objectives and foresee potential roadblocks.
• Inventive and enthusiastic, a problem solver, and at ease with being part of a growing organization. Able to work in a creative environment, learn quickly, and accommodate rapid change.
• Enthusiastic about supporting team culture and being a strong team partner and coach.
• Cares deeply about packaging graphics, has an appreciation for quality, and has patience for the engineering and design processes.
• Proficient with macOS applications, database management systems, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Available for domestic and international travel (25% or less)
