Nurse Evaluator - Pediatric behavioral health/ Hybrid

Coverage Area Needed: Orange, Rockland, Sullivan Ulster

Seeking experienced RNs to provide Care Management services in an assigned region. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of pediatrics or community health or behavioral health nursing experience. This individual will conduct in-person/ in-home strength-based assessments for families who have children (ages 0-21) with behavioral health/medical diagnoses.
