Bazzini LLC is a medium sized confectionery and nut processing manufacturer with main offices and production located in the Lehigh Valley area of Eastern Pennsylvania. We are a dynamic, progressive company producing brands such as Bazzini, House of Bazzini, Bartons, Barricini, Chateau, as well as manufacturing private label products for the US and Canadian market. Bazzini has been in business since 1886.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging and loading full load truckloads outbound. In addition to full truckloads, the position is also responsible for LTL outbound and to complete accurate applicable documents.

Primary Duties:

· Operate Crown standup forklifts, reach trucks and stock pickers.

· Pick, pack, stage and load customer’s full load truckloads.

· Load LTL shipments.

· Complete correctly and timely applicable documents to assigned functions.

· Ensure order accuracy

· Ability to use company ERP system to locate and pick materials.

· Occasionally sign out drivers

· Maintains awareness of site allergen policy and cGMP hygiene principles per 21CFR117 and the current SQF code

· Participates in SQF, Organic, Gluten Free, non-GMO and FDA audits when required

Job Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and convert unit of measures.

· Maintains awareness of site allergen policy and cGMP hygiene principles

· Participates in cGMP 21CFR117 internal audits when requested

Physical Demands:

· Necessary to lift seventy (50) pounds while bending at knees, waist, and twisting upper body

· This position requires the employee to have adequate communication and observation skills due to the concentration and operation of heavy equipment. This position also requires, for the safety of the employee and co-workers, that the employee can adequately move the neck, look and easily observe the immediate work area

· This position requires the employee to stand or walk, on average, 95% of workday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
