Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to food safety, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Assist servers by ensuring that all guest orders are complete and presented beautifully.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any needs or concerns.
• Adhere to food safety standards and ensure that all food items are handled properly during delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed in a busy kitchen setting.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
