Job Title: Account Manager
Department: Retention
Reports to: VP of Retention
Salary: $20 per hour ($41,600 annualized), plus commission
Summary: The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is the leader in advancing marketplace trust. Due to recent expansion, BBB Midwest Plains seeks to add an Account Manager to join our BBB Retention and Non-Dues Revenue team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of Accredited Businesses in the region. Depending on the candidate's location, hybrid work options may be available.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The BBB offers a competitive salary for this position, with the potential to earn monthly bonuses based on performance. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health, dental, vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO) and an employer-matching IRA contribution.
