We are currently seeking a dynamic Account or Senior Account Executive to assist our existing account team for Bayer Crop Science.

Description

Our Senior Account Executive will oversee the day-to-day management of the Bayer Crop Science account, with a focus on digital marketing initiatives. This person will assist in developing plans that are data and insight driven and delivered across the full range of marketing channels, including print, trade shows, digital, radio, social media, and content marketing.

What you’ll be doing for us…

  • Becoming a subject matter expert in your client’s business, products, and goals to clearly define client objectives and provide actionable strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Meeting regularly with team leadership to identify and address potential issues that may impact the client’s business and client relationship.
  • Assisting the management of production, development, and QA of digital initiatives, including banner advertising, applications, and web development.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with other marketing communication specialists (i.e., Strategy, Media, and Experiential Marketing).
  • Working with Account Coordinators and Account Supervisor to manage simultaneous deadline-oriented projects, including brand and internal company marketing needs.
  • Collaborating with team leadership to present briefs and creative for client approval.
  • Initiating and managing creative, media, and other projects (i.e., job openings, revisions, schedules, etc.) for your respective piece of the business.
  • Providing consistent and accurate status reports, conference reports, and other documents to the client as needed.
  • Working with the Account Director on initiatives for applicable planning, strategy, brand positioning, and new product development.

What we’re looking for from you…

A college degree or business equivalent

Proficiency across social media channels and Microsoft Office tools

Experience working in Adobe Manager preferred

2-4 years of client management experience (advertising agency account management experience preferred)

1-3 years assisting the development, implementation and tracking of digital marketing campaigns

Ability to help interpret basic web analytics to help make future recommendations

A strong attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind

Stellar written and verbal communication skills

A knack for proactively finding solutions—you consider yourself a maker and a doer
