As a Data Steward for Producer data at Bridge Specialty Group, you will play a vital role in managing and safeguarding one of our most critical assets - customer data. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of this data and be charged with maintaining the database of required documents and licensure via various applications. Data Steward will assist in producer management projects by learning and testing new producer management systems as well as examining and analyzing data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected and resolve data quality and system problems. A core function of the role is data entry. Bridge Specialty Group is a customer-centric organization and maintaining the quality of this data allows us to secure preferred producer incentive agreements, along with regular financial and operational reporting for and on behalf of our customers. Responsibilities: Data Quality Management - Monitor, maintain, enter, and improve the quality of customer data within our systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. This includes various tasks and projects identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and errors such as duplicate entries, name differences, license verification, and affiliation and association groupings. Data Guidelines - Uphold a strict process to ensure the consistency of customer data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices and licensing requirements. Data Security - As the Data Steward on the Producer Management team, you will be one of the few individuals in the organization who can add, edit, or delete customer records. Data Documentation - Maintain comprehensive documentation of producer groupings, including preferred producer groups, parent group hierarchies, agency network and association listings, and independents. You will be the front line for identifying any significant changes to producer records that could impact financial or operational reporting. Data Training and Awareness - Educate and raise awareness among team members and colleagues about the importance of following proper procedures to ensure data integrity and quality is not compromised. Champion the Producer Management Module team and be ready to assist individual profit centers with their producer maintenance needs. Data Reporting - Generate and present reports on data quality, review system for anomalies, and make recommendations on groupings and hierarchies for functional visualizations of producer data. Data Entry – Responsible for accurately entering a high volume of data into our systems and meeting defined volume and processing metrics Required: High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional telephone demeanor. One to two years’ experience in a similar position or multiple support roles, equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of insurance Industry is preferred High Touch-typing skills. This role will support west coast offices (11am- 8pm EST) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
