TSS is seeking a Policy Analyst to provide task order support for Contract AdministrationSupport Services within the Acquisition Directorate (AD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), supporting a range of customers. Telework may be allowed when determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Public Trust Level clearance will be required. Provide acquisition policy services, including analytical, consulting, or assessment processes in support of technical, business, and administrative goals of WHS/AD.As required, review and provide analysis of policy written by the Director of Defense Pricing & Contracts (DPC), Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).Research implications of published policies and advise on the impact such policies would have, including maintenance of Instructions, Policy Letters, etc.Support the development of materials for training and policy implementation.Assist with developing and implementing standardized templates and guides.Assist with all external audits to include the DoD Inspector General (IG), GAO, Program/ Procurement Management Review (PMR), and Small Business Administration (SBA), and others, as requested.Assist with internal PMR and Special Interest Reviews.Assist with managing and administering the Contracting Officer appointment program.Assist Contracting Officer in the development of acquisition-related documents (e.g. Request for Proposals, Source Selection Plans, Acquisition Plans, etc.). Years of Experience:Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience Education:Master's degree
