SUMMARY
Responsible for driving company vehicle to deliver and set up, maintain, and the clean-up of a full service event with the possibility of a small service team. This is to be done in a manner that exceeds the guests’ expectations and in accordance with standards and values set by Jack Stack.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Cheerfully accommodates the needs and requests of any client
• Assists other team members in completing their assigned duties and tasks.
• Knows Catering information (hours of operation, phone numbers, managers, location).
• Completes pre-shift setup and post shift closing duties.
• Re-stocks and replenishes essential items and supplies for the Catering storeroom.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable environment.
• Maintains and strictly abides by sanitation/health regulations.
• Adheres to appearance and uniform standards.
• Adheres to all Catering standards, policies and procedures.
• Knows all menu items and methods of preparations.
• Knows all pricing and discount information for their events.
• Abide by driving laws with company vehicles
• Set up Ultimate with all equipment necessary
• Have the ability to have positive client interactions.
• Have the ability to lead a small team for service
In addition, other duties may be assigned as the needs arise.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
• Pass background check
• Must possess a valid Kansas or Missouri Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license.
• Cannot be convicted of a felony.
• Previous Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to attain commanding knowledge of menu items.
• Ability to follow the steps of event service.
• Possess extremely strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to follow directions thoroughly.
• Possess excellent people and communication skills.
• Ability to collect monies.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to provide the event with remarkable presentation and it to be run at a high standard.
