Job Summary

The salesperson is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to gain new customers and expand offerings to existing customers. This position will be expectedto deliver a minimum monthlyrevenue as shown in compensation structure. The salesperson will work closely with the customer service team on estimating, order input, and order management. The salesperson will work collaboratively with the art department to convey clients’ needs and design direction for the order. The salesperson will work closely with operations to understand production flow, capabilities, time frames, and product knowledge.

Essential Functions

Gain understanding of product offeringsand capabilities throughshadowing and industryresearch.

Develop salesstrategy targeting schoolsto expand clientbase.

Execute sales strategy withinprojected time frames.

Aim to schedule 15 meetings per week with new clients.

Always maintain professional company image.

Build strong personal relationships with existing networkand new clients.

Travel to sales meetingsto meet in person and conduct site surveys.

Communicate via phone, text,email, and in person in a timely manner internally and externally.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not manage other employees.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinelyuses standard officeequipment such as laptops, computers, photocopiers, and smartphones. This position requires use of personal car to travel to sales meeting.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would requirethe ability to takemeasurements, walk campusesand building sites, and drive for extended periods of time.

Position Type/Expected Hoursof Work

This is a full-timeposition. Days and hoursof work are:

Monday throughFriday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel withing the region is required. Traveloutside the regionto expand customerbase is at the discretion of the salesperson and sales manager.

Required Educationand Experience

A bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of sales experience or any similar combination of education and experience.

Compensation

Base Salary ( Commission) - $80,000 - $120,000 (Base commissions) (DOE)

*Compensation structure subject to reviewand change
