BBSI is Hiring an Operations Team Leader Near Clinton, UT
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $22-$26 DOE
Location: Clinton, UT
Job Description:
Team leader is responsible for managing day-to-day planning, implementation and problem-solving to ensure the team achieves their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide staff leadership and coaching
- Provide team with visions of the department by detailing objectives
- Motivate team members to ensure they perform towards set objectives
- Maintain a variety of records, files and reports
- Lead by acting as a role model and make sure self-behavior is in line with actions
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Decision making and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure individually and part of a team
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Read and write English
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
3 to 5 years warehouse experience
