BBSI is searching for a front office receptionist for an amazing company.
M-F 8am - 4:30pm
Overview: We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
4. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
5. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
6. Assist Accounting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry in MS Excel. Also batch invoices, prepare checks for signatures.
7. Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
8. Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, or customers.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain office efficiency.
10. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers and fax machines).
• Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
